the making of "toys in the attic"

First of all I want to wish you all a wonderful new year, I haven't been around too much lately and I am sorry for it, but these days are not too easy for me and my family... many problems to deal with, I hope you will forgive me!

As you might have noticed during holidays I have been releasing the kit "toys in the attic", it was a personal journey in my family's memories so I wanted to show you some little things about it.

this is my aunt's attic where most of my treasures were found

a box from my grandfather's WW2 case

my uncle's bicycle as a little boy

some old sheets

then I have been playing with my sister's bedroom to create some backgrounds

that's how it become

and this is the most important piece for me... see this old doll?

she surely had better days... this is the way she used to look, this is a picture from 1940 and that's my mom playing with her favourite doll

I hope you enjoyed this!
